Conditions of Sale

The following conditions are applicable to all cash and account sales

Shade variations are innate in all fired clay products and are one of their natural characteristics. The company shall not consider any claim unless written claim is made to Astro Tile Bathurst within 7 days after receipt of the products by the buyer

Astro Tile Bathurst must be notified on receipt of goods of any material incorrectly supplied, duplicated, damaged of faulty

The company accepts no responsibility in any minor variations between samples shown to the buyer and actual tiles supplied

All goods invoiced remain the property of Astro Tile Bathurst until all payments have been cleared

No tiles guaranteed against crazing. Crazing is classed as traditional hazard of the trade.


If the customer orders short, it is NOT responsibility of Astro Tile Bathurst to supply the same batch as the previous order


Goods that have been soaked in any liquid will not be returned


Returned products will have 30% handling charge and may not be accepted unless the returns are made of the same totality as in stock and products must be in original cartons and unopened


All returns for exchange must be for the entire quantity of tiles from the initial order. Partial returns, spares and leftover tiles will not be accepted for return or exchange.


Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase

date and a 30% restocking fee will apply. Only unopened cartons, in original packaging and in saleable condition will be accepted


In purchasing the product, you agree to accept delivery of the product. If you are not able to accept delivery you must advise Astro Tile Bathurst before a delivery is attempted.  We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before delivery to ensure you are able to accept the product.


Any additional fees or charges as a result of failed delivery attempts made by couriers will be passed on to the purchaser at full price.
